Second Sunday in Advent;
6pm Christingle service.
Pilrig St. Paul’s
Gift service. Gifts are donated for distribution among the elderly and housebound members of the congregation and for young people who might not otherwise get any presents.
3pm : Leith Churches Forum Joint Advent Communion service”.

North Leith
Gift service; 6.30pm Advent worship in Session House, 1a Madeira Place.

“Dare to Hope” theme service.

“God comes” theme service.

11th December – South Leith halls @ 7pm short informal, contemporary reflective service on Advent.

11.30pm Watchnight Carol service (with community carol singing from 11.15pm)

25th December – Christmas Day – services at Leith St. Andrews, Pilrig St. Paul’s, North Leith and South Leith.

Leith St. Andrews – 30th December: “Dreams & Visions” theme service. All are welcome to Sunday soup lunches after worship on 20th January, 17th February, 16th March & 20th April – a great opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a wide range of home made soup and rolls. £2 adults, £1.50 children.

St. Thomas, Junction Road – 30th December: “Flight into Egypt”; 6thJanuary: “Where is the Child”; 13th January: “Accompanying Spirit”; 20th January: “Meeting Jesus”; 3rd February: “Holy Encounter”.

27th January – Holy Communion services at all churches.

Worship at One – South Leith every Thursday at 1pm. Prayers for the community and the world.
North Leith – 30th December: End of Year worship.

South Leith – 30th December: “Re – new – all” service.

8th January & 12th February short informal alternative services at South Leith halls at 7pm. Tea & coffee afterwards with an opportunity to discuss the service.
